Simple Keto Breakfast Muffins

Having a simple breakfast ready to go is essential when you want to stay on track with eating Keto. These muffins have 2 grams of carbs per serving, 23 grams of fat and 17 grams of protein. 

We recommend preparing your foods in advance and these breakfast muffins are a great way to do this, with minimal effort.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix, season as you like, then bake! It's that easy.

Simple Keto Breakfast Muffins - Serves 3

Ingredients:

  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Cream or Coconut Cream
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Red Pepper, chopped
  • 50g Tasty Cheese, grated
  • Salt and Pepper to season

Method:

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C.

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix to combine.

Pour mixture into 6-9 muffin cups, depending on the size of your cups.

Place extra grated cheese on top if you wish too!

Bake for 15-20 mins until golden on top.
