ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Keto Reset nutrition programs aims to help people into a state of nutritional ketosis. Ketosis is when the body has the ability to burn fat as fuel and the liver naturally creates fats called ketones. Ketones can burn fat more efficiently than carbohydrates can. In a state of Ketosis you become a fat burner rather than a sugar burner.

People who do the Keto say that their overall health and feelings of wellness improves. Ketogenic nutrition can help people with weight loss, blood sugar balance, healthy brain and digestive function, reduce inflammation and improve a person’s sleep and energy levels.

Keto Reset focuses on healthy above all else, this means we have designed the meal plans with whole, real foods in mind. A lot of ketogenic diets consume protein and dairy in excess with minimal vegetable consumption. Our focus is to eat a variety of both animal and plant fats, and maximise carbohydrate intake with low carb vegetables.

Your program will include: meat, poultry, fish, nuts, seeds, loads of vegetables, olive oil, coconut products and more! All our plans are gluten free due to the nature of Keto cutting out most processed foods. We are based in New Zealand and all the ingredients are easy to source locally.

It doesn’t matter where in the world you live! Our Keto Reset nutrition plans are based online. You will receive all the information you need via email without having to leave your house - no matter what country you're in!

WHICH KETO PROGRAM SHOULD I CHOOSE?
We have 3 Keto nutrition plans, our original Keto Reset, Healthy Keto on a Budget and our newest Keto Reset 2.0. Below is a summary of each one to help you see the differences.
Keto Reset - The original 30 day program:
This program is ideal for summer months when avocados and courgettes are plentiful. It's ideal for those who want to focus on a complete reset of their health, reduce inflammation and want to see weight loss. If you have allergies, bloating, IBS and skin concerns, this plan would be best for you because dairy is limited. Please note that this plan provides larger dinner meals to provide for a family, and these recipes may need to be adjusted to suit your personal situation.

Keto Reset 2.0 - Our newest plan:
If you love flavour, we recommend this program for you. It is ideal for all year round with a range of low carb vegetables. Keto Reset 2.0 is designed for one person, so great for individuals wanting to do a health reset. However the evening meals are also family friendly, so if you want to increase the servings, this is easily done! It's ideal for those who want to focus on health and weight loss. And for those cheese lovers, Keto Reset 2.0 does contain a little dairy

Healthy Keto on a Budget:
Designed to help you go Keto but not blow the budget, this plan ticks all the boxes. Healthy Keto on a budget is designed for one person and repeats meals a little more than other plans, which is a bonus if you don't want to spend too much time in the kitchen! Recipes are simple without any fancy ingredients.
